What we do
Most appliance faults are small. A sock in the drain pump. Fluff packed inside a dryer. An oven thermostat that has drifted. None of these needs a new appliance. They need someone who has seen the fault before.
That is what we do. Our engineer comes with the common parts on the van, tests the appliance properly and tells you in plain English what is wrong and what it costs. Most jobs are finished there and then.
We come to you, Monday to Saturday, across Manchester, Bolton, Oldham and the areas around them.

If a repair is not worth it, we tell you and show you why. You only pay the call out.
One fixed price
No hourly rate and no weekend extra. A tricky job costs the same as a quick one.
A full check
We check the whole appliance, not just the fault you called about. It saves a second visit.
You say yes first
You get the price before we order any part. Nothing goes on the bill you did not agree to.
6 month guarantee
If the same fault comes back within the guarantee, we come back and fix it for free.
Parts on the van
We carry the parts that fail most, so most jobs are done on the first visit.

So you know straight away if we are the right people.
Wiring work
New cooker circuits and fuse boxes need an electrician. We can point you to one.
Gas appliances
We only work on electric appliances. Gas cookers, hobs and boilers need a gas engineer.
Selling appliances
We do not sell appliances, so our advice on whether to repair is honest.
